Yod Hey Vav Hey

If you didn't understand the title of this post, you're not alone. But it's been right in front of you since you began to read the Bible. Have you ever been reading along in God's word and suddenly saw the word LORD in all caps? You probably thought that was wierd. Maybe you didn't think about it at all. Maybe you've never seen it cause you don't read the Bible! Haha! Jk! Can't be judgeing!

The word LORD is code for the name of God. If you look at the hebrew for it, Lord is the "Sacred Name". It was not allowed to be spoken nor written in the time before Jesus' death. Those who wrote it had to be cleansed, those who spoke it had to be killed. The name was holy. The name was and is power.

LORD is code for Yod Hey Vav Hey. Seen as a pictograph, the Hebrew word comes out Behold the Nail, Behold the Hand! It's not only showing the power of God, but the prophesy of Jesus' death.
